I was delighted as you saw last post to see that a whopping 2-4 pounds was shaved from my frame, depending on where you want to begin the equation from– the figurative or literal poundage I began this blog at, I had hit rock bottom (or top, lol) at 220, and NOT post-partum, either, or, if memory serves that of my first post, 218.
This week we shall move forward to saying au revoir à l’orange et dites bonjour à la carotte. Yes, indeed, although you may find me snarfing oranges still, this week we will begin munching carrots (3-5 minis, at least) and continue the peppers, keep the pineapple. If pineapple is hard to find good and fresh for you, let one ripen and alternate daily with a kiwi. I continue to eat plain yogurt with mine, as it helps my stomach and gives me some yeast relief and added calcium.
I’ve been run amuck with refrigeration issues, but it was really a great opp to deep clean it and start anew. So, we did. All in all, a good thing.
