Been absent, let’s call it vacation. But I didn’t mean to abandon you. This has been tough to maintain and I have failed! I am jogging nearly daily, which is a blessing. It is increasing metabolism and helping me deal with chronic fatigue, perhaps ’syndrome’, I don’t know. It helps my muscle and joint pain and my overall sense of well-being, my mood. When you jog for a period of time each day, you do feel a sense of accomplishment.
For the week-end, since I have a family picnic tomorrow, and am navigating through ’last week of school’ events and stressors (me and fam,) I think it’s best to relax until the new week on Monday (or Sunday if you look at it from that vantage point.)
For the next week, we’ll keep with the strawberries since they are so good this time of year, carrots, watercress, and the new fruit will be raspberries. MMmmm. A handful of this and a handful of that as we continue this healthful journey.
