I would have to suggest planting some herbs this summer.  I just bought my basil, orange mint, rosemary, already having planted some peppermint and oh what was it?, pineapple sage and look at this, it will flower in autumn and attract hummingbirds all the summer long.  We’ll see.

How is it all going?  I was glad to weigh in at 215 the other day.  I realize that some fat has burned off and some muscle has been put on.  I am feeling pretty good, but must drink more water.  I’ve been downing a lot of iced tea in lieu of water and although the tea may be better for me in large quantities than coffee, it is no substitute for water straight up.

Exercise on my end is good, but I haven’t been a purist about the diet.  Eating lots of fruits and veggies, but not the prescribed ones always.  I hope this project is helping you become better fit, however.  Keep on keeping on.  I’m going to, God-willing.

Have a good one.  Take a look at my salad for lunch… greens, yellow and red toms, parsley, fresh mozzarella, basil, cuc… oil and vinegar… try for a salad as a meal at least twice/week.  ;)
